How long will it take to get my order?

Typically between 24 - 72 hours depending on the We confirm your order and send the details to our sellers, where they pack the items and hand over the packages to our courier partners to ship it to your locations. The shipping time depends on what items you order and to which city you are getting them shipped. Once your order is shipped, we will SMS / email you tracking details and you can always check your order's status under ‘My Orders’.

Why have I not received my product yet?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might get delayed. We will send you an email informing you about the delay along with the new expected delivery date. You can always call us to check on the status of the order.

Visit the My Orders page in your My Account or call us to get real time status of your order.

What is the difference between shipping and delivery?

Shipping refers to packing and dispatching of your order. Delivery refers to the total estimated time form confirming of the order, packaging, shipping and delivering it to your location. The delivery may take time depending on the address specified for the order.

Do I have to pay any shipping or delivery charges?

KYD5.00 shipping is available on orders.

What if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged or defective?

The purchase is with the vendor therefore the vendors terms and conditions will apply. Catalog345 is only the delivery service.

What should I do if I find my package opened or tampered with upon delivery?

Please don't accept an open or tampered package. Report this concern by contacting us through phone or mail within the 7 days period. We will look at it immediately and get back to you.

I want to ship something abroad. Can I do that?

We don't deliver products internationally we are a Grand Cayman Base company. You can place orders in USD from anywhere in the world and our payment gateway will convert the USD transaction to KYD.

How can I check if Catalog345 delivers to my PIN Code?

our system recognise pincode in the following format: KY1-XXXX eg "KY1-1111". Please tap on “Delivery Availability” and enter your area PIN code in the respective field to get the required information about standard order delivery time and availability. The PIN codes serviced by us are frequently updated, so if we do not deliver to your PIN code today, please come back and check to see if this has changed.

All orders placed on Catalog345 are dispatched through Catalog345 too which is why deliveries are so quick!

I missed the delivery of my order today. What should I do?

Catalog345 contacts the buyer before we dispatch so we never miss a drop off so please have the correct phone number and email address attached to your account.

Can I take the shipment after opening and checking the contents inside?

Vendor send a receipt with every order so you can see their returns policy. If the return policy is not on the receipt please call them.
